Life Skills Center

While we invest in the future through our school and youth homes, we also invest in the present with our life skills center. Our life skills center sponsors programs where adults can learn practical skills to use in new careers.

In 2022, we launched our first program: a course in tailoring clothing. 10 women completed the program, and all ten have gone on to launch careers in clothing making.

We have since expanded our courses to include training in crop growing, livestock raising, brick making, and tree planting conservation efforts. We continue to offer the sewing course and now have 12 sewing machines to use in training.

Our goal is to provide people with the tools to lift themselves out of poverty and empower our community to build a better, self-supporting future.
